As others suggested to get the most out of your hardware it's better you
use opensips/kamailio as a proxy/dispatcher in front of freeswitch and
don't forget to use multiple sip profiles! freeswitch sip profiles are
single threaded (as I remember from the past) so it is better to distribute
your calls on multiple sip profile instances
