[Freeswitch-users] US local DID provider recommendations

I am in Virginia and our provider put us with bandwidth.com  for
incoming and outgoing calls and it was horrible -- I don't think it
was between us and the provider, but between bandwidth.com and the
provider.  We had to yell at them and they got us another carrier,
eventually.
