[Freeswitch-users] Problem listening and sending ivr options

Thanks to your answer,

I forgot to say that the softphones were in another subnet.

I have solved the problem by editing the following file

vi /usr/local/freeswitch/conf/sip_profiles/internal.xml

and change ext-rtp-ip to ext-sip-ip for the local ip of the server.

     <param name = "ext-rtp-ip" value = "$$ {local_ip_v4}" />
     <param name = "ext-sip-ip" value = "$$ {local_ip_v4}" />

This solved my audio and dtmf issues
