it will be all much more easy and tidy if you use two separate profiles, on
different ports.

Just:

cp /usr/local/freeswitch/conf/sip_profiles/internal.xml
/usr/local/freeswitch/conf/sip_profiles/internal_remote.xml
cp -a /usr/local/freeswitch/conf/sip_profiles/internal
/usr/local/freeswitch/conf/sip_profiles/internal_remote

or the equivalent inside /etc/freeswitch

then edit the addresses and ports for sip
