You need AT LEAST 64 CPUs !!

Just joking.

You probably have any kind of weird problem in your server, or operating
system.

Do a fresh install, from scratch, on a newly formatted debian 10 64 bit
server, following the instruction:
https://freeswitch.org/confluence/display/FREESWITCH/Debian+10+Buster

All your problems will vanish
