[Freeswitch-users] [DIREKT] Re: SERVER DOWN - HELP

Thanks. TeamViewer from Florida to Maryland then SSH to cloud to get past firewall!

Freeswitch.log was 77GB mostly write errors to cdr_csv. I deleted it. FS would start then at least, but NO sip traffic. I just rebooted.

Fs cli connects fine. Sophia global siptrace on .... nothing. Tried iptables -F

Any other ideas would be great.

Hi Sean
I'm sure you've tried this already, but ...
[I'm still running an ancient version, but] ISTR fS dying and then having a problem with the "old" pid file hanging around and having permissions problems with that on re-start. Ended up removing the file & starting fS again.
[Vaguely recall it was partially my fault as I got the chown permissions wrong, and had problems with the other files as well]

Good luck. Why is it always when you're on the road, eh?

all the best
  Lawrence
