You didn’t mention if IPV4/6. I have a similar problem with notify only on IPV6 (see https://freeswitch.org/jira/browse/FS-9430?filter=-2 <https://freeswitch.org/jira/browse/FS-9430?filter=-2>), but now has problems with IPV4 as well but only for Bria, not Yealinks. I gave up on SIP with IPV6 since FreeSwitch has issues with many parms including voicemail which is a showstopper, if interested: https://freeswitch.org/jira/browse/FS-9428?filter=-2
