[Freeswitch-users] Build mod_cepstral

Be sure to execute every step for your target architecture; if you accept
the default values when you execute ./install.sh you should be in a good
spot. The script will install the header files under /opt/swift/include and
the libraries under /opt/swift/lib -- the mod_cepstral make file is
specifically looking for dependencies in those directories.
