Is not possible.
Eg, if you have multiple registrations, they are differentiated by callid
or by contact. So, one device Will only expire its own registration.

What you can do is script a special extension that will unregister all
rrgistrations for the user.
User would call that extention, script will call fs api to unregister all
that belong to user.
