[Freeswitch-users] about mod_av and ffmpeg/libav

It might work with the latest FreeSWITCH tree.  Ffmpeg 4.1 and later will not work without the patches that just went in.  Try it out and if there are issues in the build we would need ifdefed patches to address them, but there is a good chance that it will build fine.
