Thank you for your response.  I have been away.

That was helpful.  I also had to fini8sh the install steps and add the sounds!

Try
fs_cli -x "eval $${sound_prefix}"
or
fs_cli -x "eval $${sounds_dir}"

I am upgrading to the current version from a very old build.  I am having trouble with my IVR recordings.  I have searched confluence, but not found the relevant page. The demo files just says “relative to the sounds folder”.   I cannot find it/them.

Where are the sound files?  VM sound files?  Where should I put my IVR sound files and what path should I use in the IVR menu?
