[Freeswitch-users] Call center - leave a number for a call back

Hi

 I am trying to set up that there should be an announcement in a call
center que if you would like a call back please enter your number now and
the system should either email this info or automatically call back when
the agent becomes available

I can't seem to find this in freeswitch
