[Freeswitch-users] FS_ENCODE does not work with non root user

Hello,

FS encode does not work using non root user.Any idea why ?  or how to fix
it ?
sudo -H -u nginx bash -c '/usr/local/freeswitch/bin/fs_encode -v
/tmp/k1.wav /tmp/k1.PCMA'
Cannot init core [Cannot Open log directory or XML Root!]
