[Freeswitch-users] compile with gcc 8

We have made no attempt to use fedora, sounds like they cranked up more warnings and the code should be fixed accordingly. Replacing with memcpy wouldn’t be a good fix, fixing why its complaining would be. These issues should be properly corrected and submitted via a pull request.
