On the Grandstream configuration web page, take a look at the Basic tab at
the top.

At the bottom the Basic page there is a section:

' *Unconditional Call Forward to VOIP:*

The '503 will initiate a call to the extension number you specify in 'User
ID'
when the FXO rings.
