[Freeswitch-users] Issue compiling v 1.8 on CentOS 7

This pull request is in conflict, can you please update it, and remove any unrelated changes. Should ONLY add what is necessary to get it to build right, NOT any other changes in this pr, if you want to further change how things work, please move those changes to another PR.
