[Freeswitch-users] Transfer Call to another extension from mod_callcenter

Is it possible for mod_callcenter agent to transfer the call to another
extension based on DTMF keyboard input from the agent?
For example, a user calls to the agent, the agent then answers it. After
some conversation, the agent transfers the user to another department by
entering the keyboard input from the phone.
Any help would be appreciated.
