[Freeswitch-users] Freeswitch Crashed- Segmentation Fault

We've had problems getting debug symbols to work in the past when using the packaged install.


Debug symbols are working when installing from source, providing you include this before ./configure:

export CFLAGS="-g -ggdb"
export MOD_CFLAGS="-g -ggdb"?

Hi Mr. Michale,

our freeswitch version is  "1.6.20-37-987c9b9~64bit (-37-987c9b9 64bit)"  Operating system is "Debian 8.1 -jessie"
it installed by "apt-get install freeswitch-meta-all" command but debug symbols not installed.
can you please advice me to install debug symbols on it.

You have no debug symbols installed so it is impossible to tell what is going on.  Please install those and reproduce the bug report with debug symbols on lira.
