To clarify a few details:

I'm running on Debian 8 (Jessie). The Cisco phones crash by lighting up,
ringing continuously, and the website interface, dialpad, and buttons
become unresponsive. The phone must be unplugged. The latest version of
X-Lite and Bria 5 crash on Mac OS X crashes with the Error that displays:

*Thread 6 Crashed:: PhoneInterface*
0 libsystem_kernel.dylib 0x00007fffd873ad42 __pthread_kill + 10
1 libsystem_pthread.dylib 0x00007fffd8828457 pthread_kill + 90
2 libsystem_c.dylib 0x00007fffd86a04bb __abort + 140
3 libsystem_c.dylib 0x00007fffd86a0d7e __stack_chk_fail + 205
4 counterpath.CPCAPI2 0x000000010821dd87

int, resip::SipMessage const&, bool, bool,
recon::ConversationManager::MediaSpecificMismatchInfo const&,
recon::ConversationManager::MediaAttributes const&) + 3633
