[Freeswitch-users] Multiple "Changing expire time to 60 by request of proxy" requests result in delayed audio

Hello,

I have a fairly generic upstream VoIP provider. Every day or so of calls, I
receive:

If there are just one or two, nothing seems to happen.

When I see ten or more, there's an audio delay of five seconds or so.

Can anyone help point me in the right direction?
