[Freeswitch-users] Transcoding on audio file with wav extension and encoded as 8 bit ulaw

not sure which command of that page you use but based on the output of soxi
you have a ulaw encoded wav file, what you're looking for is a headerless
ulaw file with an extension of PCMU
