[Freeswitch-users] T38 Fax, 488 Not Acceptable here

Why would FS reply with 488 not acceptable on Re-invite for T38 and the
disconnect it.
Here is the scenario.
It only a leg, so no trans-coding etc.

FS Sends Invite to Carrier
Get 200 OK
Send ACK.
Send Re-invite with T38 in SDP.
Got 200 OK,
Fax starts.
Everything is fine so far.
After 15 Minutes,
Gets a Re-invite  from Carrier with T.38 in SDP. (
FS Reply with 488 Not Acceptable Here
Send Bye.

Two things:
1. 488 is Codec negotiation issue, Since the call was already setup with
T38, why would FS wont accept. Can it be due to different FaxMaxbuffer and
Datagram value. Cause that the only difference I see.

2nd Sholdn't it fall back to G711 in place of hanging up the call.

Any insight will be helpful.
