[Freeswitch-users] About proxy-hold codec re-negotiation behavior.

yep, I'm not expecting too much this can be done, the design is good but
I'm just curious about profile variables
`renegotiate-codec-on-reinvite/hold` that was removed since 1.6.10, guess
the job is done in old days.
