Hi Andy,

 the UA that is placing the call on hold sends a (Re)Invite with the
IP address for RTP in the SDP as 0.0.0.0 - its ancient method for
placing calls on hold from March 1999

Freeswitch still supports it but is making fun of the UA with that log message
