I tested but got similar error

freeswitch at ip-10-0-0-245> chat sip|1001 at my.local.host|1002 at my.remote.host|Hello
chat via SIP!
Error! Message Not Sent
2017-07-15 19:31:46.048232 [ERR] sofia_presence.c:200 Chat proto [global]
from [1001 at my.local.host]
to [1002 at my.remote.host]
Hello chat via SIP!
Invalid Profile my.remote.host
