[Freeswitch-users] In conference, setting member-flags with dial/bgdial/originate

I am running a conferencing application. When conference members are connected via an inbound call, I am able to set the member-flags. In the conference, for an outbound call, how do I set member flags? I want to set mute&vmute or second-screen for outbound call members
