[Freeswitch-users] xml_curl and purpose=gateways

You'd return the entire profile with the gateways in it.  If you look in
sofia.c, You'll get purpose=gateways and profile=<profilename>.  If you
wish to only fulfill the external profile then key off the profile name,
then return the not found XML for all other requests.
