@Michael: hope I understand you correctly, you meant using 2 profiles, 1
with and 1 without `proxy-refer`, to make use of `force_transfer_context`.
if yes, I'm afraid this don't work in my case, since FS will terminate leg
with A/B after NOTIFYing A/B that FS will handle the transfer, just before
processing the `transfer context` to INVITE another one. I just don't want
the leg to be terminated.
@Brian: I will write a patch for this if there's no possible workaround.
