If you start FS with no ip interfaces up it will fallback to setting the local_ip_v4 to 127.0.0.1 which will be substituted into several places in the config.

I noticed today that I have a 127.x.x.x address set as an internal IP on FS.  I am not sure what I did to get it there and less sure how to make it go away.

Currently it is causing some calls not to be completed.
Any words of wisdom would be appreciated.
