[Freeswitch-users] Random number in variable

either the random function, or a global counter if you want some more
predictable randomness:

        <action application="set_global"
data="global_fsqa_counter=${expr(mod(${global_fsqa_counter}+1,23))}"/>
        <action application="set"
data="silence_pause=${expr(${global_fsqa_counter}*3+1000)}"/>
        <action application="playback"
data="silence_stream://${silence_pause}"/>

this was for a test appliance, to make sure the same pieces of playback
audio don't get cut into 20ms frames in the same way.
