Its currently hardcoded in our code.  Would require a new option to let you set that.  That being said, this is a negotiated setting, us sending 0-16 shouldn’t cause anything to fail.  If its failing the call because of that, that seems to me to be a problem they should correct on their switch.  Its really strange to see this required on the sending side.
