[Freeswitch-users] installation of specific modules using apt-get commands

Generally mod_abc_xyz would be in the freeswitch-mod-abc-xyz package.

mod_sangoma_codec in freeswitch-mod-sangoma-codec
mod_lua in freeswitch-mod-lua
mod_json_cdr in freeswitch-mod-json-cdr
