Kamil,
Are you saying that 'When DTMF is not seen' that the log shows it's being
received?
Either way I would do this..
1. Reduce the variables in your scenario by connecting a phone directly to
FreeSWITCH
2. Ensure your phone is sending DTMF in accordance with RFC2833
3. Run a packet capture on the FreeSWITCH box
4. Make a call, push all the digits (0 - 9, * and #)
5. Ensure all the values arrived
6. If they did, compare to FreeSWITCH logs, make sure FS saw the values too
