[Freeswitch-users] mod_lcr with mssql backend

I don't know mod_lcr that well, but it seems to me they just want the first
record from whatever set returned ordered by the order clause.
If they all mean basically the same thing, meaning it will return the first
record of the resulting set ordered, it should work.
Unless I'm mistaking something.
