Yes, we are building a service to manage a early media phase for call
price announcement, which is a legal requirement in Germany, and has
to be free.
The billing starts when the call is really answered.
This "answer waiting" phase is limited to 120s, and I will manage a
timer to kill the call if necessary, after 120s.
