[Freeswitch-users] user busy, Q=850,cause=16

Hi

I am getting this:

SIP/2.0 486 Busy Here.
Reason: Q.850;cause=17;text="USER_BUSY"

but FS trasnfer this to:

SIP/2.0 486 Busy Here
Reason: Q.850;cause=16;text="NORMAL_CLEARING".


which is not ok it should send cause=17 further.
I tried with:
continue_on_fail=false
hangup_after_bridge=true
before bridge but no luck.

Could some help me resolve this issue?
