Hi Varsha,
You're trying to register your endpoint on a external profile:
New Channel sofia/external/1001 at 172.18.19.71
Make sure you put the right ip and sip port equivalent to your internal
profile and it'll work. The external one doesn't authenticate calls and
will always put your calls to public context no matter if you tried to
register on it or no.
