[Freeswitch-users] Presence. Not sure bug or not.

The expiration of SUBSCRIPTION should take care of that - no NOTIFY
messages will be sent for off-line phone (w/ expired registrations). So,
take note SUBSCRIPTION time shouldn't be too long - a minute longer that of
the re-REGISTRATION time.
