You'll want a little something like this (on your B-leg):

<action application=”set”
data=”record_file_name={recordings_dir}/${strftime(%Y-%m-%d-%H-%M-%S)}_${uuid}.wav”
inline=”true”/><action application=”export”
data=”execute_on_answer=record_session {record_file_name}”/>

Trusty "execute on answer"!
