[Freeswitch-users] Domain and Context

This is really a very basic question, but it is confusing me.

If I want to have my users in a particular domain, do I need to create 
the domain entry in the directory, and then the various contexts within 
the domain, or the other way around?

e.g /usr/local/freeswitch/conf/directory/domain/context

  or

/usr/local/freeswitch/conf/directory/context/domain
