[Freeswitch-users] freeswitch binaries missing in Debian i386 package of 1.6 release branch for 32bit platform

I have been running for may years  a small and stable FreeSwitch  1.2
configuration on a 32 bit Debian 7 platform.

I migrated to Debian 8  and now that I want to install the new
FreeSwitch 1.6 Debian packages from the repo, I notice the 32 bit
packages are INCOMPLETE.
Most important, the FreeSwitch binaries for a 32bit plaform are missing
from the i386 package.

Why is that ?
