[Freeswitch-users] fyi - DTMF with FlowRoute

I dug into this and looks like the multiple DTMF sample rates is triggering a
bug in our call setup. While we work on getting this corrected, limiting the FS
external gateway to offer only 101 telephone-event/8000 for DTMF will work normally.
