[Freeswitch-users] What is the core DEBUG level in switch.conf.xml?

Hi,

I've found this in the switch.conf.xml

<!-- Set the core DEBUG level (0-10) -->
<!-- <param name="debug-level" value="10"/> -->

What exactly does this parameter do? There seems to be no documentation 
in the confluence.

What is the difference to other debug variables, e.g. the Gobal Log 
Level right above: <param name="loglevel" value="debug"/>
