[Freeswitch-users] When activate MoH two times from different legs, the call is silent or terminated

It was fixed in one of these fixes.

I think this specific issue is in the 3387b90 commit, but the other commit is similar scenarios that will cause the same sort of issue
I do plan on working on backporting both of these to the v1.6 branch for the next release, but have not completed that yet.
