In your user configuration (directory), you can try to add:

<variable name="sip-force-contact" value="NDLB-connectile-dysfunction »/>
or
<variable name="sip-force-contact" value="NDLB-connectile-dysfunction-2.0 »/>

It solves all sorts of client issues, misconfiguration issues, SIP ALG issues, exotic client network issues.
