well, running the originate from console works fine, but u never know whats
gonna happen when you have some real load on the servers :=)

since it was working fine from console, was just wondering whether this is
an issue in real life traffic... and yes, i do agree its more a headache
than a benefit.

fill fallback to generating unique uuids for all sessions.
