[Freeswitch-users] Help with bootstrap.sh

debian jessie version 8.5 64 bit.

I am building from source version 1.6.9.

When I run the bootstrap.sh script, i get the following error message 
for a number of modules:

Makefile.xx:454: warning: source file 'xx/xxx/xx.c' is in a subdirectory,
Makefile.xx:454: but option 'subdir-objects' is disabled

What do I need to do fix this, or can it be ignored?
