[Freeswitch-users] freeswitch path layout issue in 1.6

depends on how FreeSWITCH is built and configure args.  The defaults in the
build did not change from 1.4 to 1.6.  The packages do use paths consistent
with distro requirements .  You probably never want to set basedir unless
you are using prefix like we do in default usr/local installs
