Thank you for responding.
This is a bit long but I find more information is better than less when trouble shooting.
I started over this morning.
I began with 13 devices. All with the following extension. 4001 through 4013 (as shown below)
The 13 devices all connected.
<user id="4001" type="pointer"/>
<user id="4002" type="pointer"/>
<user id="4003" type="pointer"/>
<user id="4004" type="pointer"/>
<user id="4005" type="pointer"/>
<user id="4006" type="pointer"/>
<user id="4007" type="pointer"/>
<user id="4008" type="pointer"/>
<user id="4009" type="pointer"/>
<user id="4010" type="pointer"/>
<user id="4011" type="pointer"/>
<user id="4012" type="pointer"/>
<user id="4013" type="pointer"/>
Next I added another 10 devices (see below). This gave me a total of 23 devices. Of the 23, only the first 13 and the last extension “1201” connected.
<user id="1001" type="pointer"/>
<user id="1002" type="pointer"/>
<user id="1003" type="pointer"/>
<user id="1004" type="pointer"/>
<user id="1101" type="pointer"/>
<user id="1102" type="pointer"/>
<user id="1103" type="pointer"/>
<user id="1104" type="pointer"/>
<user id="1105" type="pointer"/>
<user id="1201" type="pointer"/>
Next I removed 7 extensions. Leaving only the first 13 plus ext. 1001, ext. 1002 which were not working and ext. 1201 which is working.
When I make the call, the first 13 will connect, as does ext. 1201. However, ext. 1001 and ext. 1002 show the user not registered.
Looking at each device, both show registered one the device and in FreeSWITCH. I can also make direct calls to each device independently.

This is the syntax I am using with the group call as well.
<group name="060">
<users>
<user id="4001" type="pointer"/>
<user id="4002" type="pointer"/>
<user id="4003" type="pointer"/>
<user id="4004" type="pointer"/>
<user id="4005" type="pointer"/>
<user id="4006" type="pointer"/>
<user id="4007" type="pointer"/>
<user id="4008" type="pointer"/>
<user id="4009" type="pointer"/>
<user id="4010" type="pointer"/>
<user id="4011" type="pointer"/>
<user id="4012" type="pointer"/>
<user id="4013" type="pointer"/>
</users>
</group>
Would very much applicate some insight.
Thank you in advance.
Shawn

Subject: Re: [Freeswitch-users] Group Call
you'll have to look at the logs to see why the calls failed. How many are you calling at once and how many are failing?

I have an odd situation.
I am using the mad boss group call. The phones are set to auto answer. When I make the call, some phone will connect but others will not. However, I can call each phone individually and the phone will answer.
Thoughts?
Thank you in advance
Shawn
