I don’t believe I’ve seen this specific error before, symptoms would indicate that the credentials supplied for the SQL database are incorrect.

You can modify the SQL database information and credentials by editing the file ‘/var/www/fusionpbx/resources/config.php’, you may need to restart nginx (or apache) for the change to take effect.

If you’re still experiencing problems and you followed the FusionPBX installation steps you should raise the issue with the FusionPBX community: https://github.com/fusionpbx/fusionpbx/issues

I have recently installed fusionPBX, when i try to access it with the URL i get this error
